Today was another struggle with the sun. The prediction of partially cloudy gave way to bright and clear. I hiked Long Point trail to get a straight on view of the bridge. Which I did, but with no clouds or mist, it is a pretty pedestrian shot. I found some Rhodies as well, but again, a struggle with the light.
In the afternoon I went out to the Old Grist Mill at Babcock State Park . A few clouds had come in and it was an exercise in waiting until a cloud covered the sun and no people were walking in front. I think I stood in the same place for a good two hours to get a couple of acceptable, but not great, shots.
I am praying the the promised clouds come in tomorrow, my last day in this area.
