Durango to Santa Fe

Today I made the relatively easy drive from Durango to Santa Fe. All freeway, less than 4 hours. While I did travel through some spectacular scenery, there was - again - no place to pull over. So more images for my mental file.

I will have the luxury, for the first time this trip, of staying a week in one place. My friends D & R are hosting me. Well D, anyway. R is, ironically, working back in the S.F. Bay Area. First task laundry, then I will be doing some re-organizing, and sorting items that I find I am not using to send back. After a month I have a list of housekeeping tasks that I will be able to take care of this week.

All to say that I will not be going at the same pace I have over the last month, this will be a more leisurely week.
