A day in Joshua Tree National Park

Long day, short post. I spent the day today at Joshua Tree national park . The senior lifetime national parks pass is a beautiful thing! The weather could not have been more perfect, a nice change from the past week. Even for a Saturday the crowds were manageable. Winter is a great time to visit desert areas.

Week 1 is in the books. 51 weeks remaining! I will make my way out of California tomorrow and pass into Nevada. Stay tuned.
